How do I create an account?
Choose Join GigWest, select performer, venue or organisation, or private hirer, and complete the relevant onboarding.
How do I change roles?
One account can support multiple roles. Contact GigWest through the support form when another role needs to be added; do not create a duplicate account to alter booking history.
How do I edit my performer profile?
Open Performer profile in the dashboard. Draft profiles can be previewed privately and submitted for publication review when required information is complete.
How do I contact GigWest?
Use the Help Centre contact form. It records the request securely without exposing a personal administrator email address.
