How long is a quote valid?
Quotes default to 7 days. A performer can choose another future expiry. An expired quote cannot be accepted unless renewed as a new immutable version.
How long do I have to pay after accepting?
The GigWest booking fee is due within 48 hours of acceptance. The booking page uses the server-recorded deadline.
What happens if the booking fee is not paid within 48 hours?
The pending acceptance expires, the event is not a confirmed GigWest booking, contact details remain protected and the performer is no longer required by GigWest to treat the date as confirmed. GigWest does not automatically charge the hirer.
Can a performer revise a quote?
Yes. Revisions create new immutable versions and never overwrite an accepted or earlier version.
When do contact details become available?
Only after the booking-fee payment succeeds and GigWest confirms the booking.
