Who can review performers?
Only a hirer attached to a completed GigWest booking can submit one performer review for that booking. This confirms booking provenance, not the truth of every statement in the review.
When are reviews published?
Eligible reviews publish automatically after submission; they do not wait for routine pre-publication moderation.
Can a review be reported?
Yes. Participants can report a review for authorised administrator review. Administrators may hide content that violates policy and moderation actions are audited.
Can performers respond?
Yes. A performer may publish one response to a review from their completed GigWest booking.
