Search by event locality, date and type. Ranking may consider location relevance, current availability, event suitability, travel range, profile completeness, response history and completed GigWest booking activity. The exact formula is not published and raw popularity alone does not decide results.
Can I contact several performers?
Yes. Open a separate protected enquiry with each relevant performer.
Can I post an opportunity or emergency opportunity?
Venue and hirer accounts can post ordinary or urgent opportunities without an extra listing fee. The ordinary first or repeat booking fee applies if an urgent opportunity becomes a confirmed booking.
Can I make recurring bookings?
Yes. Each accepted quote and booking retains its own immutable record.
Can multiple venue staff use GigWest?
Organisation membership supports multiple staff. The underlying organisation—not the individual staff member—determines the booking relationship.
How do repeat bookings work?
A later booking between the same legal performer/business and the same organisation or private hirer is a repeat relationship.
